Join Us for The fp Women’s Group Gathering, Friday, December 7th, 6:30 pm at the Pellissippi Campus

Ladies please mark your calendars now to attend the upcoming fp Women’s Groups Gathering “Baking up Christmas”, December 7 at the fp Pellissippi Campus.

Christmas is just around the corner and it is time to make plans for the Faith Promise Women’s Gathering on December 7 at 6:30 p.m.

Our theme is Baking Up Christmas. Each person attending will bring 1 dozen of their favorite homemade cookies with a copy of the recipe to share.

Also, ladies are needed to host tables. If you choose to host a table you will be responsible for decorating it for Christmas. Last year you wouldn’t believe how incredibly creative some of our women were.

During our evening together we will begin preparing our heart for Christmas while enjoying Christmas carols and then listening to a special message brought to us by Angelia Blalock, Director of The Well at First Baptist Concord.

At the end of our evening we will once again play our gift swapping game. Everyone is asked to bring a wrapped gift from home – either funny or not – to swap during this game. Last year this game was the highlight of the evening.

Just a reminder ladies, our winter semester bible studies will be kicking off in January. You will have an opportunity to register for one of our bible studies during the “Baking up Christmas” gathering.

Eat dinner before you come, but be prepared to enjoy incredible homemade goodies.

Childcare is provided, but please feed your children dinner before you arrive as food will not be provided for them.

OUR MANIFESTO: “Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.” –Colossians 2:6-7
