New Beginnings is a meeting place for new believers who are just getting started in their relationship with Jesus Christ and are looking to build a solid foundation for their faith. With every new beginning there is always a starting point. Faith Promise wants to be at the starting point with you and guide you as you take your first steps in this incredible journey to become more like Christ. This will be an informal and conversational environment for you to ask questions and receive some direction on what’s next.
If this sounds like you, then come on upstairs and join us in Room 215 at 9:45 am, Sunday, November 3rd here at the FP Pellissippi Campus. We will be waiting for you with some snacks, drinks, resources and people who want to help you get started.
Please register for New Beginnings here.
KidRave is designed for kids grades 1st-3rd who like to move for God. KidRave is vital to our belief that kids make great worshippers! KidRave provides kids the opportunity to lead worship during weekend services at fpKIDS and various other special events during the year. Rehearsals are filled with fun, laughs, movement, and a focus on an aspect of worship and devotion to our God.
KidRave members are expected to attend rehearsals and one hour of fpKIDS each week. This makes KidRave a two-hour commitment each weekend. This works great for parents who serve one service and worship another. KidRave rehearsals are at 5:00 pm on Saturday & 10:40am on Sunday.
KidRave members need to be ready to go with lots of energy and wearing their KidRave t-shirt.
The cost for your child to participate in KidRave is $10 per year. Your child will receive a KidRave t-shirt (yearly), access to all of the worship songs / motions, weekly rehearsals and a party at the end of the school year to celebrate all that God has done.
COMMUNITY CONNECTION BEGINNING SUNDAY, MARCH 10th (at 9:45am, 5 weeks) We all want to have a place where we belong and to be known. We want to be surrounded by friends who care about us and value us for who we are. Groups are the catalyst for this to take place at Faith Promise – moving people out of the crowd and into groups of people that support one another, encourage one another, and grow spiritually together. So what about you? Are you looking for a place to belong? Come to Community Connection each Sunday at 9:45 am and connect with others just like you who are looking to find their place to belong. This is a place where people who are not connected to a group can make new friends, enjoy fellowship and experience a guided discussion time together. You are welcome to join at anytime during this 5 week period.
Join Pastor Chad Funk as we learn how to “Claim our Freedom” from the things of this world that can prevent us from knowing the freedom God wants for each of us.
Chad leads over 200 men and women in this pursuit at Faith Promise’s Celebrate every week and has personal testimony and experience in leading others to discover God’s plan for their growth.
Childcare is provided.

We serve to make a difference.
Yet when we serve in fpKIDS, we quickly realize that God makes a bigger difference in us than we expect.
There is something powerful about serving in kids ministry, whether it’s a role directly with kids or indirectly with the supplies they use… when you serve in kids ministry you can’t help feel like you’re in on the ground floor. The beginning of something incredible.
This February 24th from 2-4pm (2/24 from 2-4) is our annual fpKIDS Volunteer Training event for the PEL Campus team. We’ll gather together as a family to:
Celebrate the work God is doing IN us when we serve.
Prepare for the work God has FOR us in 2013.
Let’s get ready for the incredible.
Whether you are a seasoned fpKIDS leader or someone looking to ‘kick the tires’ in an fpKIDS volunteer role… all are welcome.
It’s a Mad Hatter theme. Wear a hat for entrance into the event. Light snacks provided.
Childcare available by RSVP only by Feb 18.
